We offer a 30-day return policy for customers in the United States. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Constructed from premium Canadian Hemlock or naturally decay-resistant Red Cedar, this cabin delivers enduring quality and aesthetic appeal. The powerful 8 kW Harvia heating system, controlled via dual switches, generates consistent therapeutic warmth. Large tempered glass panels provide unobstructed views while maintaining easy maintenance. Tiered wooden seating accommodates multiple users comfortably, complemented by integrated lighting. Your complete package includes sauna stones, wooden accessories, thermometer, and sand timer. The intuitive click-assembly system enables setup in 30-60 minutes without specialized skills. Requires 400-volt electrical connection.

Cabin Shipping: This sauna luxury is delivered by freight shipping. The delivery is free of charge within USA and will be made to the curbside. The shipping company will contact you by phone/email before delivering the sauna to arrange a delivery date. Therefore, it is mandatory to provide your phone number and email address.
Transportation to the Installation Site: When choosing your desired sauna, please consider the size of the cabin elements, ensuring that the longest part of the sauna cabin can fit around any corners or staircases that may be present. Therefore, add at least 10 cm to the dimensions of your desired cabin. This ensures a smooth transportation to the installation site.
Cabin Assembly: Thanks to the proven click system, the sauna can be assembled in 30 to 60 minutes without the need for a professional craftsman. However, a high-voltage / three-phase power connection is required for connecting the sauna cabin. If you do not have a high-voltage power connection, please have it installed by a certified electrician. The sauna cabin should also be connected by a professional.
